On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room & W.C.), a twin bedroom and a separate shower room/W.C.

On the ground floor there are two twin bedded rooms, a bathroom and separate W.C.

The large kitchen/diner (18.5’ x 16.5’) is fully fitted with new appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-ring gas hob and separate electric oven.

The living room measures 20’ x 16’ and is very comfortably furnished, with 2 sofas, 2 recliners, armchairs, CD/Radio and a large television, DVD player and Free To Air satellite receiver.

Outside is a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue area.  Adjoining is a 2 acre field belonging to the owners that can be used for ballgames etc.
